Abstract

 第一導電層11、内部に電解液を含む多孔質半導体層12,13、第二導電層15からなる色素増感太陽電池セルが、基材10と裏面板17との間に複数並設された色素増感太陽電池モジュール20であって、第二導電層15の一端は、該第二導電層15が属する色素増感太陽電池セル20aに隣接する色素増感太陽電池セル20bの第一導電層11に対して固定されることで電気的に接続されているとともに、第二導電層15の多孔質半導体層12,13上に載置された部分は、該多孔質半導体層12,13及び裏面板17に対して非接合となっていることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池モジュール20。本発明に拠れば、色素増感太陽電池モジュールにおいて、熱履歴による各層の熱膨張および収縮、基板の曲げや歪みなどに対して、対極となる膜の耐久性の低下を抑制することが可能である。
