Abstract

　アスベスト繊維濃度の測定精度を高めることに資するよう、アスベスト繊維濃度を測定する前に、予めアスベスト以外の特定の繊維状粒子を除去する。繊維状粒子除去装置１は、大気取込み部１０から取り込まれた大気中の浮遊粒子を加熱部１１で一定条件下加熱することにより、測定対象となるアスベスト等鉱物性繊維状粒子以外の特定の繊維状粒子を除去し、加熱後の大気を大気取出し部１５から取り出す前に、冷却部１３によって大気を冷却する。
