Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés de production de rénalase recombinée au moyen d'une levure méthylotrophique, telle que Pichia pastoris. L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une protéine rénalase recombinée par culture d'une Pichia pastoris contenant une séquence codante de rénalase liée fonctionnelle à un promoteur. La Pichia pastoris recombinée est cultivée dans des conditions permettant ou induisant l'expression de la protéine rénalase. La protéine rénalase recombinée peut ensuite être récupérée à partir d'extraits cellulaires provenant d'un milieu de culture ou de surnageants de culture. La rénalase recombinée ainsi produite est stable et des quantités abondantes de rénalase peuvent être produites. La présente invention fournit également des formes recombinées de rénalase, notamment des vecteurs et des cellules recombinés contenant une séquence codante de rénalase.
