Definitions
- the invention relates to a feeding method and a
- Feeding device for one or more feed bobbins on twisting machines with the features in the preamble of the method and device main claim.
- Twisting machines of various types are known in practice, which twine one or more threads or wires.
- the twisting machines are manually equipped with feed bobbins. So that the operator can reach the feed bobbins, which are often arranged in a poorly accessible place in the upper twisting area, the twisting machine has an attached pivoting device with which the feed bobbins are moved back and forth between a lower, ergonomically favorable loading position and the high lying working position can.
- the manual assembly is cumbersome and time consuming.
- the coil weight is limited for ergonomic reasons.
- the claimed feeding technique relieves the operator and simplifies the feeding of feed bobbins to one or more twisting machines.
- the loading process is accelerated. This increases the availability of twisting machines and improves the utilization and the efficiency of the twisting machines and the complete twisting machine. In addition, staff costs are reduced.
- the feeder can have a multiple function and transport the coils inside the plant, feed the twisting machine, position it there in a trigger position and provide it to the thread take-off and then, if necessary. remove existing empty carrier sleeves again.
- At least part of the feed bobbins used on a twisting machine are fed by the feeding device with one or more bobbins.
- the bobbins can be equipped at a remote charging station with one or more feed bobbins and then moved to the twisting machine and there provided to take the thread.
- a manual Spulenbe Anlagenung on the twisting machine is unnecessary or can be reduced to a smaller extent.
- Suitable loading aids for optimal ergonomics can be provided at the central charging station. This also allows an increase in the coil weights.
- the supply bobbins moved on the bobbins can be positioned and provided on the twisting machine in a take-off position and with suitable alignment to a preferably stationary thread guide.
- the bobbin supply via the movable bobbin can be done individually on each twisting machine.
- a plurality of bobbin carriers can be coupled together to form a bobbin-carrier train which permits simultaneous bobbin feeding at several twisting machines, in particular if they are arranged one behind the other in a machine row.
- An articulated coupling of the coil carrier makes the coil carrier train curvy.
- the operator in one embodiment only needs to produce the thread connection by splicing or knotting in order to enable a continuous yarn feed to the twisting machine.
- all feed bobbins can be changed in one go by the one coil carrier train is run with the processed feed bobbins or the empty tubes and replaced by another spool carrier train with full feed bobbins.
- On a twisting machine or a machine series several movable bobbins can be positioned with supply bobbins parallel and individually exchangeable. This parallel arrangement allows the replacement of the empty bobbin or the empty bobbin row, while the other
- Feed bobbin or bobbin row is still in unwinding. As a result, a standstill of the twisting machine or machine series can be avoided when changing bobbins.
- Spool carrier can be moved manually.
- at least one mechanical conveyor drive can be available. These can be stationary conveyor drives.
- the coil carrier or coil carrier trains may have their own entrained drive.

- the coil weights are usually e.g. 8 kg.
- the feed bobbins (9, 10) moved via the feed device (6) can have a much higher bobbin weight of 15 kg and more. Because of the runtime overlaps, integer multiples of the weight of the stationary feed bobbins (11, 12) are recommended, e.g. 16 kg, 24 kg, 32 kg etc ..

They can be attached individually or in succession to freely rotatable support pins of gate drain containers (39). This can done manually by operator or fully automatically with a corresponding Doffer arthritis.
- the gate draining containers (39) may be located on transfer carriages which are movable on a rail track or the like transversely opposite the discharge ends of the machine rows (4). From the transfer trolley, the full Gatterablaufcontainer (39) via another transport device (35), eg forklift or the like., Picked up and brought to a gate drain (37). Possibly. is an intermediate storage possible.
