Abstract

Un dispositif de capture d'images à l'état solide comprend plusieurs pixels pour générer un signal d'image, plusieurs lignes de signal verticales connectées aux pixels aménagés dans une direction verticale, un circuit de balayage vertical pour sélectionner plusieurs pixels pour chaque ligne et émettre des signaux d'image générés par les pixels se trouvant dans la même ligne, aux lignes de signal verticales connectées aux pixels, une pluralité de commutateurs horizontaux disposés sur les lignes de signal verticales correspondantes, une ligne de signal horizontale en direction de laquelle une sortie de signal d'image destinée à une pluralité de lignes de signal verticales est alimentée via une pluralité de commutateurs horizontaux, des moyens de réglage pour régler une valeur de n (n étant un nombre naturel) indiquant le nombre de lignes de signal verticales sélectionnées simultanément, un circuit de balayage horizontal destiné à régler une période pour valider la ligne de signal verticale sélectionnée, selon la valeur de n, et émettre une impulsion de sélection de rangée indiquant la période tout en la décalant successivement, et un circuit de sélection horizontale connecté aux commutateurs horizontaux, alimenté par l'impulsion de sélection de rangée et l'impulsion de gâchette qui décident de la temporisation de pilotage des commutateurs horizontaux, et pour piloter les commutateurs horizontaux correspondant à la ligne de signaux verticaux sélectionnée par l'impulsion gâchette et l'impulsion de sélection de rangée. Cet aménagement permet d'obtenir une résolution plus basse pendant la lecture d'un signal d'image avec une configuration simple.
