Abstract

L'invention vise à mettre en oeuvre le transfert de sachets plastiques (1) vers un collecteur (4) d'une machine de fabrication de sachets. Les dispositifs connus destinés à cet effet comportent une roue à ailettes (6) constituée d'un arbre creux central (7) relié à un entraînement rotatif (9) et à une source de dépression. L'arbre creux (7) comporte plusieurs ailettes (8) faisant saille radialement, dont l'intérieur est conçu en tant que canal d'aspiration (10), et présentant sur un côté longitudinal une surface d'aspiration (16) comportant plusieurs ouvertures d'aspiration (11). Pour améliorer la force d'aspiration sur les ailettes (8), la surface d'aspiration (16) des ailettes (8) contient des ouvertures d'aspiration (11) de diamètre valant entre 3 mm et 12 mm, de préférence entre 6 mm et 9 mm. La partie ouverte constituée par les ouvertures d'aspiration (11) sur la surface d'aspiration totale (16) représente plus de 3 %, de préférence plus de 5 %. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, les ailettes (8) du canal d'aspiration (10) présentent dans la zone située sous la surface d'aspiration (16) une section transversale réduite.
