Vorrichtung zum Übergeben von Kunststoffbeuteln, insbesondere an eine Sammeleinrichtung in einer BeutelherstellungsmaschineDevice for transferring plastic bags, in particular to a collecting device in a bag manufacturing machine
Technisches GebietTechnical field
The invention relates to a device for transferring plastic bags, in particular to a collecting device of a bag making machine, with an impeller consisting of a central hollow shaft, which is connected to a rotary drive and connected to a vacuum source, as well as several wing arms attached radially protruding from the hollow shaft Inside are designed as a suction channel and have a suction surface with a plurality of suction openings on one long side.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
In the production of plastic bags from plastic film webs, the plastic bags separated by welding are known to be combined into stacks with a predetermined number of bags. So-called impeller transfer devices are used to transfer the successively conveyed bags to a collecting device, which have wing arms with suction channels and suction openings, on which the bags are held by means of negative pressure. As known, so-called pin stack conveyors are used as collecting devices, in which the plastic bags are placed on stack pins. Vane wheel transfer devices of the generic type, which are arranged in front of pin stacking devices, are widely known and described in DE 44 20 975-A1, DE 198 58 559-A1 and DE 199 32 365-A1.
Since the plastic bags are turned by 180 ° C and placed on stacking pegs during transfer, it is necessary to hold them securely on the wing arms. For this purpose, a vacuum blower with high performance is required in the known devices, in particular if bags are to be handed over which are on one side have no straight, but an arcuate shape and so do not rest over their entire width on the outer wing arm.
Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention
The invention is therefore based on the object of improving the suction power on the wing arms in a transfer device of the generic type without the power of the suction fan having to be increased.
This object is achieved according to the solution according to claim 1 in that the suction surface of the wing arms has suction openings with a diameter between 3 mm and 12 mm, preferably between 6 mm and 9 mm and that the open portion formed by the suction openings in the entire suction surface more than 3%, preferably more than 5%.
Another solution for increasing the suction force is that the suction channel has a reduced cross section in the area below the suction surface.
The suction of the bags on the suction surface is improved if the suction openings are designed as nozzles with a cross section that widens outwards.
In the particularly advantageous embodiment according to claim 4, the suction surface is formed by the outer surface of a strip-shaped through-hole insert which is placed in the wing arm on the suction channel in a region with a reduced cross-section such that its outer surface is in contact with the adjacent outer surface of the Wing arm is aligned.

Wege zur Ausführung der ErfindungWays of Carrying Out the Invention
The device shown in the figures is used to transfer plastic bags 1, which are produced from a double-layer plastic sheet 2 by cross-cut welding by means of a cut-off welding device 3, to a collecting device 4. It is part of a bag machine in which the bags 1 produced are collected in stacks and so on can be combined into bag packages. The bags of a package are then preferably blocked.
The collecting device 4 is preferably designed as a so-called pen stacker. It has a cyclically driven longitudinal conveyor to which stacking pins 5 are fastened. The bags 1 have collection openings on one side, with which they are drawn over the pins 5 and are thus placed one above the other and stacked.
The transfer device contains an impeller 6, which consists of a central hollow shaft 7 and several, attached to the hollow shaft 7 wing arms 8. The hollow shaft 7 is connected to a rotary drive 9 and connected to a suction fan as a vacuum source, so that a vacuum can be generated in its interior. A plurality of wing arms 8 are fastened to the hollow shaft 7 in a radially projecting manner, the interior of which is designed as a suction channel 10. A wing arm is shown enlarged in FIGS. 3 and 4:
Each wing arm 8 has the shape of a hollow strip, at the fastening end of which a connecting piece 15 is fastened and which is closed at its other, free end. With the open connector 15, the wing arm 8 is attached to the central hollow shaft 7 and connected to the vacuum source. On one long side, the hollow strip serving as suction channel 10 has a suction surface 16 with a plurality of suction openings 11. The suction openings 11 in the suction surface 16 have a diameter between 3 mm and 12 mm, preferably between 6 mm and 9 mm. The open portion of the total suction surface 16 formed by the suction openings 11 is more than 3%, preferably more than 5%. In the present exemplary embodiment, the suction surface 16 is approximately 3,500 mm. The four suction openings in the suction surface 16 each have a diameter of 8 mm, so that the open portion of the suction surface 16 is approximately 5.7%.
The suction surface 16 is preferably formed by the outer surface of a strip-shaped insert 12, which is shown in a removed position in FIG. 3. The insert 12 has through holes 13 as suction openings 11, which are connected to the suction channel 10. The insert 12 is placed in the wing arm 8 on the suction channel 10 and screwed down by means of screws 14. The hollow strip serving as suction channel 10 has a reduced height in the area of use by the height of the insert 12, so that the outer surface of the insert used which forms the suction surface 16 is aligned with the outer surface of the wing arm 8. Due to the reduced height of the hollow strip, the suction channel 15 has a reduced cross section in the area below the suction surface 16. This leads to an increase in the flow rate and thus to an improved suction effect.
The through bores 13 are preferably designed as nozzles with an outwardly widening cross section, as shown in FIG. 3. The nozzle-shaped design of the bores 13 increases the suction force with which a bag 1 is pulled in the direction of the wing arm 8.
