Abstract

L'invention concerne un contrôleur météorologique ambiant pouvant maintenir une température atmosphérique ambiante à une température voulue pour la climatisation sans utiliser d'énergie pour le fonctionnement d'une pompe à chaleur ou pour la combustion de mazout pour produire de la chaleur. Le rayonnement infrarouge du faisceau lumineux solaire diffusé en direction d'une zone cible est réfléchi afin de réduire le nombre de facteurs favorisant une augmentation de la température atmosphérique, de sorte qu'une diminution de la température atmosphérique par refroidissement radiatif prime sur une augmentation de la température atmosphérique. Le rayonnement infrarouge réfléchi est condensé et la chaleur qui s'en dégage est utilisée pour maintenir la température atmosphérique ambiante à la température voulue.
