Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und auf eine Vorrichtung zur ultraschallgestützten transmembranen Medikamentenapplikation in vivo. Zur lokal extern steuerbaren Verabreichung von Medikamenten unmittelbar in lebende Zellen, Zellcluster und damit in Gewebe soll es ermöglicht werden, zunächst durch eine getrennte Injektion die zu verarbreichenden Medikamente derart in den Körper zu bringen, dass sie wahlweise an oder innerhalb kleiner Vesikel bzw. Bläschen aggregiert sind, die sodann durch eine zusätzliche Massnahme mittels Ultraschall zur Abgabe der Medikamente an die Zellmembranen veranlasst werden. Gelöst ist diese Aufgabe im wesentlichen dadurch, dass in zwei getrennten Schritten zum einen präformierte Gasblasen, die von aussen und oder innen mit der gewünschten Wirksubstanz in innigem Kontakt stehen, in die Zielregion eingebracht werden und dass in einem zweiten Schritt anschliessend von aussen durch einen Ultraschallgeber ein Kavitationsprozess ausgelöst wird.
