Abstract

Dispositif d'électrophorèse (10) pour l'analyse de molécules marquées à l'aide d'un marqueur fluorescent, en particulier de molécules biologiques, qui, selon un aspect de la présente invention, est approprié pour détecter par résolution au moins quatre marqueurs fluorescents différents indépendamment les uns des autres à l'aide d'un champ détecteur attribué, selon la piste d'électrophorèse sur gel correspondante et le marqueur fluorescent correspondant. A cet effet, des filtres spectraux, relativement à leur sélectivité spectrale, les marqueurs fluorescents, relativement à leur sélectivité d'absorption et d'émission spectrale, et les longueurs d'onde des rayons laser (60, 62, 64, 66) utilisés pour l'excitation des marqueurs fluorescents sont accordés les uns par rapport aux autres de manière correspondante.
