Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Gemisch aus Albumin und/oder Spermidin und mindestens einem Antikörper, vorzugsweise ein Gemisch aus Albumin, vorzugsweise Rinderserumalbumin, Spermidin und einem Antikörper bzw. eine dieses Gemisch enthaltende Lösung. Dieses Gemisch kann zur Herstellung eines Reaktionspuffers oder zur Beschichtung von Reaktionsgefässen verwendet werden, wodurch Stoffe, die für die Manipulation von Nucleinsäuren verwendete Enzyme hemmen und normalerweise in Proben vorhanden sind, neutralisiert werden. Die Effizienz enzymatisch katalysierter Nucleinsäuremodifikationen, beispielsweise der Polymerasekettenreaktion (PCR), wird dadurch stark erhöht bzw. bei bestimmten Proben werden derartige Reaktionen erst ermöglicht. Schliesslich wird auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemässen Reaktionsgefässe beschrieben.
