Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et peut être utilisée en chirurgie intravasculaire ainsi qu'en chirurgie endoscopique afin de placer des extenseurs dans les canaux biliaires, dans le canal transurétral ainsi que dans des vaisseaux après une angioplastie. Ce dispositif de mise en place d'endo-prothèse comprend un cathéter principal (1) à l'intérieur duquel se trouve un cathéter supplémentaire (2). Ce dispositif comprend également une endo-prothèse (6) qui se présente sous forme d'un corps creux réticulé. Le cathéter supplémentaire (2) renferme un filin (3) qui est disposé dans un cathéter capillaire (5) et qui comprend des crochets (4) à l'extrémité correspondante. Le tressage du corps creux et réticulé de l'endo-prothèse (6) est fait d'un seul fil et ses extrémités se présentent sous forme de boucles. Le nombre de boucles à chaque extrémité est au moins égal à quatre, lesquelles boucles sont faites d'un matériau ayant des propriétés élastiques. Le matériau ayant des propriétés élastiques peut consister en du nitinol qui comprend les composants suivants: de 54,99 à 56 % en poids de nickel, de 45 à 43,8 % en poids de titane et de 0,01 à 0,2 % en poids de palladium. Ce matériau possédant des propriétés élastiques peut également se composer d'acier inoxydable.
