Abstract

L'invention concerne un contenant, notamment une boîte, en tôle à paroi mince, constitué d'une partie fond (2), produite d'une seule pièce par extrusion, et d'une partie centrale (3) qui s'élève de manière tubulaire. La partie centrale (3) est fermée par un couvercle qui est relié à la partie centrale (3) par sertissage et qui présente une ouverture main-fer blanc dégageant une ouverture du contenant. La production de ces boîtes servant d'emballage jetable pour des boissons de tout type entraîne une consommation importante de matériau (aluminium, fer blanc). L'invention vise à réduire cette consommation de matériau. A cet effet, au moins la partie fond (2), ainsi qu'éventuellement le couvercle, sont pourvus de nervures, moulures ou similaires (4) qui s'étendent du centre de la partie fond (2) ou du couvercle en direction du bord (5) de la partie fond (2) ou du couvercle. Le renforcement important, ainsi obtenu, de la partie fond (2) ou du couvercle permet de réaliser une partie fond (2) ou un couvercle nettement plus minces, pour une rigidité inchangée, et d'économiser ainsi des matériaux.
