Abstract

L'invention concerne un module à base de matériaux polymères, contenant des systèmes de microcanaux de n'importe quel type, ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de produire ledit module. Le module obtenu selon l'invention avec les microcanaux, comprend un film polymère (2) dont l'épaisseur correspond à la profondeur voulue des canaux, avec des évidements (1) prenant la forme de la structure de microcanaux voulue. Une couche de protection supérieure (4) et une couche de protection inférieure (3) rendent le film microstructuré étanche sur ses deux faces. Sur le côté qui fait face au film structuré, les couches de protection sont planes et forment la face supérieure et la face inférieure des canaux. Au moins une des deux couches dispose d'au moins deux accès (5) au système de microcanaux dans le film microstructuré. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'un module à base de matériaux polymères avec un système de microcanaux. Ce procédé comprend la structuration d'au moins un ou plusieurs films avec des microcanaux et l'assemblage d'un film avec les deux couches de protection, de manière à rendre les microcanaux étanches.
