By means of a hard cutting process, these surfaces may be integrated in the screw or nut providing an inherent accuracy, which is not influenced by accumulated manufacturing tolerances which play a role in assembled, multiple part constructions.
  • Hard turning is a single point cutting process for machining hardened steel components. It can be considered as an advantageous alternative to both rough grinding and finish grinding. Said process of hard turning is carried out by means of ceramic or superabrasive tools. It is particularly suitable for combining reduced production costs and proper finish, as only one production step is sufficient for obtaining the required finish.
  • the integrated surfaces can conveniently be manufactured by means of a multiple-spindle lathe, which offers advantages both with respect to accuracy and costs (production speed).

Abstract

L'actionneur de l'invention est constitué d'un carter (1, 10), d'un moteur, d'un élément actionneur, et d'un mécanisme à vis. Ce mécanisme à vis imprime à l'élément actionneur un mouvement linéaire par rapport au carter (1, 10) en réaction au mouvement de rotation du moteur. Le mécanisme à vis comporte une vis (5, 16) et un écrou (1, 17), l'un au moins d'entre eux étant supporté rotatif par rapport au carter (1, 10) au moyen d'un roulement à rouleaux (2, 11). Ce roulement à rouleaux (2, 11) comporte d'une part un chemin de roulement (6) intérieur et un chemin de roulement (6) extérieur, et d'autre part des rouleaux de roulement en contact de roulement avec les chemins de roulement considérés. L'un au moins des éléments du mécanisme à vis, à savoir la vis (5, 16), l'écrou (1, 17) ou les rouleaux de roulement (4, 16), et/ou l'un au moins des composants du roulement (2, 11), à savoir la bague de palier intérieur ou la bague de palier extérieur, comporte une surface qui est usinée par décolletage, à savoir, au tour, à la fraise, ou au foret.
