Abstract

Die Methode liegt darin, daß durch gemeinsame Vermehrung wenigstens zwei Mikroorganismenstämmen im Nährboden ohne Stickstoff mit einem Inhalt von Phosphorverbindungen vermehren sich die Stämme Azotobacter croococcum CCM 4642 und Azospirillum brasiliense CCM 4644 während 22 Stunden bei einer Temperatur von 28 °C, dann wird der Stamm Bacillus megatherium CCM 4643 und der Stamm Pseudomonas putida CCM 4641 zugegeben und dann vermehren sich dieselbe 44 bis 46 Stunden bei einer Temperatur von 28 °C bei einer Durchlüftung von 0,6 Liter Luft/1 Liter Nährboden.
