Abstract
La présente invention concerne un chauffe-eau comprenant un matériau (46) à changement de phase dont la chaleur latente est supérieure à la chaleur sensible de l'eau à l'état liquide; un élément chauffant (26) destiné à chauffer ledit matériau (46) à changement de phase; une unité (22) échangeuse de chaleur contenant ledit matériau (46) à changement de phase; et plusieurs tubes (44) échangeurs de chaleur placés dans ladite unité (22) échangeuse de chaleur, les tubes (44) se trouvant en relation de transfert de chaleur avec ledit matériau (46) à changement de phase de manière que la chaleur stockée dans ledit matériau (46) à changement de phase peut être transférée à l'eau.
