BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention
The presented invention relates to the mine-disposal machine to remove explosives from the mined territories.
Brief Description of the State of Art
The mine-disposal machines known till now are constructed in such a way that the mine-disposing equipment is, as a rule replaceably attached directly to the rear or front side of a vehicle .
The main disadvantage of these machines is the fact that the mine-disposing equipment is firmly clamped against the bogie of the machine making the handling thereof in terrains with limited possibility for the movement of the complete machine impossible, that means on great gradient hillslopes, in ditches, narrow slots and similar.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The drawbacks mentioned above are to a large extent removed by the mine-disposal machine according to the presented invention consiting of a caterpillar or wheeled bogie and a superstructure, the subject-matter of which is based on such a principle, that on the revolving jacketed superstructure there is mounted a disengaging arm having at least one lifting cylinder. Nearer to the end of this arm is located a revolving head and at its far end there is a quick-clamping device into which the mine-disposing equipment is fixed. This equipment is composed of a tilting head, from the underside there is at least one running wheel placed on a small arm. This equipment also consists of an activating element, replaceably attached to a supporting rod of the tilting head. A beam of the activating element is at least at one side fitted with a hydraulic engine. This is inter- connected with a chain gearing to a rotary shaft, throughout the surface of which the flails system is fixed. In the lower part under the beam there is on each side of the activating element behind the lower protective shield a skid mounted on an adjustable strut. The upper protective shield is advantageously formed by at least one frame, filled with the chains system. The flails system is throughout the spread surface of the shaft clamped in two points creating a mosaic arrangement whereby any coupling rod of the adjacent gripping points is in perpendicular line neither in the transversal nor in the longitudinal directions. To the activating ends of flails are advantageously alternately mounted beaters and hammers .
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The mine-disposal machine is explained more in detail in the enclosed drawings, representing in Fig. 1 the complete machine assembly, in Fig. 2 a lateral view of the mine- disposing equipment, in Fig. 3 a front view of the activating element and running wheels, in Fig. 4 two of the flails arrangement variants on the spread shaft surface and in Fig. 5 the shape of the hammer and beater.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
The mine-disposal machine according to the present invention is exemplary shown in Fig. 1. On the caterpillar bogie 1_ there is the jacketed superstructure 2. rotarily mounted by means of the large-surface flange. On the front part of the superstructure 2 is by means of two lifting cylinders 3JL mounted in a swivelling holder the telescopic disengaging arm 2_. At the nearer end of this arm there is placed a revolving head 3^- At tne far end of this arm the mine-disposing equipment 4. is mounted into the quick-clamping device 3_3. This mine-disposing equipment 4. is composed of the tilting head 4_1 and the activating element 42. From the underside of this tilting head are 5 running wheels 413 placed on small arms 412. The activating element A2, is replaceably mounted on the supporting rod 411 of the tilting head 4_1 via a flange. The beam 421 is on both sides fitted with hydraulic engines 422. These hydraulic engines are interconnected via the shaft 429 with the chain gearings system 423. Throughout the surface of the rotating shaft 429 there are mounted the flails 424 in points creating the mosaic arrangement. This arrangement is solved in such a way, that any coupling rod of the adjacent gripping points 431 would not be in perpendicular line, neither in the transversal nor in the longitudinal directions. In the lower part of the activating element 42 , under the beam 421 is the skid 425 mounted on the adjustable strut 426 on each of the side parts behind the lower protective shield 427. The upper shield of the activating element is formed by two frames 428 filled with the chains system 430. To the activating ends of the fails 424 are alternately mounted beaters 432 and hammers 433.
The operator in the cabin of the revolving jacketed superstructure controls by means of operating levers and mechanisms all the process of motions of the mine-disposal machine. The operator at first fully retracts the disengaging part of the telescopic arm 2 and puts the mme-disposmg equipment 4. with the skids 425 on the starting point of the terrain to be cleared from mines. The tilting head is bent backwards in direction A enabling the activating element 4_2 to be inclined towards the ground surface. Then the hydraulic engine 422 is started via the rotary shaft 429 and fails system wherein the hammers 433 and beaters 432 circle above the ground surface. The fails system 424 is engaged in the ground in the way that the tilting head 4_1 moves slightly round so that the small arms 412 with running wheels 413 move forwards and the frame of the activating element 4_2 is tilted towards the ground by means of the shaft 429. Disengaging of the telescopic arm results in that the hammers 433 and beaters 432 gradually beat another terrain to be cleared from mines till the arm is completely disengaged. The operator then starts the machine and this will approach the mine- disposing equipment 4. and the action is repeated.
