Abstract
L'invention concerne un récipient constitué d'un matériau polymère, qui comporte un agent désoxygénant, et convenant pour contenir des substances sensibles à l'oxygène. Ce nouveau récipient est capable de piéger l'oxygène en excès dans l'atmosphère contenue dans le récipient, sans modifier sensiblement la conception de ce type de récipient. Il comprend au moins une couche constituée d'un matériau polymère comportant un agent désoxygénant en une quantité comprise entre 0,01 et 1,0 % en poids de la totalité du récipient. La couche désoxygénante entoure uniquement l'atmosphère du récipient, tandis que le reste du récipient comprend une couche non modifiée du même matériau polymère. Dans la plupart des configurations, la couche modifiée est située au niveau de la partie goulot du récipient. Le matériau polymère peut être choisi entre le polyéthylène téréphtalate, un copolymère de polyéthylène téréphtalate et un de leurs mélanges. L'agent désoxygénant peut être choisi entre des composés à base de fer, des composés organiques et des composés biologiquement actifs. Plus spécifiquement, les composés à base de fer peuvent être choisis entre le fer pur, des composés organiques contenant du fer, FeOX et FeXOZ(OH)T. Les composés organiques utilisés comme agents désoxygénants peuvent être choisis entre l'acide ascorbique, la vitamine E, la vitamine B et la plupart des autres vitamines. La couche désoxygénante est en contact direct avec les gaz contenus dans l'atmosphère du récipient. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de fabriquer un récipient désoxygénant.
