Abstract
L'invention concerne une amélioration destinée aux machines à emballer les feuilles et les bobines d'acier, les fils laminés, les matériaux non ferreux, les produits plats et longs en utilisant des bandes de papier, des matières plastiques à faible et forte densité, des textiles mono et bi-orientés tels que le raphia, des mélanges composés de papier et de plastique avec ou sans traitement chimique. Ces machines sont employées pour l'emballage des produits finis dans l'industrie sidérurgique. Elles comportent une navette (1), un bras mobile (2), une colonne de levage et de déplacement vers l'avant (60), une base support de colonne pour la machine fixe (23) et la machine mobile (61), un chariot mobile (27), un plateau pour bobines (57) et un panneau de commande électrique. Pour obtenir le mouvement vertical (1), on utilise un système fonctionnant par écrou (15) et broche (14), qui permet d'emballer des bobines de diamètre extérieur quelconque. La base support de colonne pour la machine mobile (61) permet à cette machine de se déplacer et, ainsi, d'emballer des produits à la sortie des chaînes de traitement.
