Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet une séquence nucléotidique qui hybride spécifiquement avec une séquence d'acide nucléique génomique de Campylobacter fetus. Elle est notamment choisie parmi les séquences nucléotidiques SEQ ID No. 1 et SEQ ID No. 2, les séquences complémentaires respectives de celles-ci, ainsi que les séquences qui en diffèrent par mutation, insertion, délétion ou substitution d'une ou plusieurs bases. Des fragments de cette séquence peuvent être utilisés comme amorces spécifiques pour l'amplification de séquences spécifiques de Campylobacter fetus et comme sondes nucléiques spécifiques de séquences nucléiques Campylobacter fetus. L'invention a également pour objet une méthode de détection de la présence de souches de Campylobacter fetus dans un échantillon biologique, ainsi qu'un kit pour la mise en ÷uvre de la méthode.
