Definitions

  • the invention relates to a full-fledged, multipurpose sports boat that can be quickly and easily assembled from a surfboard and a few inexpensive additional elements in a simple manner, which can be dismantled at any time.
  • devices which can be used to mount a type of catamaran from two surfboards.
  • these devices also offer only limited protection against splashes and are to be regarded as pure sailing sports devices.
  • 2 surfboards are required.
  • the present invention is based on the object of avoiding the disadvantages of known constructions from a surfboard and a few, easily mountable additional elements to build a stable, tilt-proof boat, which allows full use, preferably as a paddle boat like a "canoe” or “kayak", but also as a rowing boat or as a motor-driven boat.
  • An essential subtask is to be seen in the fact that the surfer is given the opportunity to use his existing surfboard for a little extra effort with a few additional elements with low weight and space requirements in wind conditions unsuitable for windsurfing or on rivers, for example.

  • the stiffening structural elements consist of elastic rods which can be plugged into loops of the outer skin, of rib-shaped holding elements which comprise the elastic rods in several places and of two between the outer skin, the surfboard and the rib-shaped holding elements in the longitudinal direction of the boat running hose bodies, which at the same time form the inner side walls of the boat and connect all parts of the boat to each other to form a stiff and firm boat body by appropriate inflation.

  • the frame-shaped holding elements can also be shaped quite differently and connected to the surfboard in a different way, e.g. with the help of straps that are stretched between the outer skin and the surfboard around the latter.
  • dispensing with the tubular body is also possible, but not advisable, since in this case more complicated tensioning and stiffening structures are required.
  • any required construction element can be securely fastened with the aid of straps running around the board, since these straps are also enclosed by the outer skin and thus do not interfere with the flow.
