Abstract

Procédés de réplication et d'amplification de séquences d'ARN à l'aide de polymérases d'ADN thermoactives. La transcription inverse d'ARN est catalysée par, par exemple, la polymérase d'ADN de Taq de 94 kDa, de Taq de 62 kDa, de nTth et de Tth recombiné.
