Definitions
- the invention relates to storage containers for receiving and dispensing detergents or the like, having a filling chamber arranged upstream of the detergent receiving space, which is rotatably arranged in relation to the detergent receiving space and is connected to the latter via openings which are located in a base plate of the filling prechamber and "are provided in a head plate of the detergent receiving space so that the free cross section of the overlapping openings can be varied by the rotary movement.
- a storage container of this type is known from DE-GM 88 01 915.
- the detergent can be poured or poured in safely and without overflow via the filling chamber implemented as a pre-chamber. Depending on the rotational position of the filling chamber relative to the detergent receiving space, more or less delayed dispensing of the detergent is effected in the washing process.
- EP-OS 0 290 332 shows a storage container of approximately egg-shaped design.
- One end of the container forms the detergent receiving space, the other end is designed as a dome-shaped, richly perforated cover.
- the dome zone forms a prechamber in that it forms a chicane in front of the opening of the receiving space in the vicinity of the junction of the two container parts, for example in the form of a partition having one or more openings.
- Both transverse walls have radially orien ⁇ oriented openings which can be starting twisted by a deckungs ⁇ same alignment of the openings to a non-congruent position to one another, but running of the detergent always remains ensured, due to the axial distance of the transit "*.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a storage container of the generic type which is structurally simple, more advantageous in terms of use, ie. H. above all, to provide further training in a way that is easier to fill.
- the subclaims are advantageous developments of the generic dosing container.
- a generic storage container of increased utility value is achieved: while maintaining the advantageous variation in terms of the time delay in delivery, an exact measurement accuracy, which takes better account of environmental concerns, is now obtained.
- the means are simple and convenient. In concrete terms, the procedure is such that the filling prechamber is designed as a scoop measuring cup and the cross section of the opening can be completely closed.
- the storage container is in your hand like an overall cup; it can be easily pulled through the powder mass and erected. Due to the fact that it can be completely sealed, no detergent can get into the actual detergent receiving space. Rather, what is required is the release, which is emphasized by the will.
- a particularly space-saving design of the detergent receiving space is present if it is formed by a textile bag.
- the latter can be disappearing into one Convey a small, space-saving fold-up position and thus accommodate it comfortably.
- This also has advantages in terms of storage technology or shipping.
- the textile bag is formed by a ring at its mouth end . which is locked with the bottom edge of the Schöpf measuring cup.
- a frictional plug connection is generally sufficient.
- the bottom plate of the scoop measuring cup consists of roof-shaped ribs which "" enclose the openings between them, in the direction of which the roof slopes fall, and that the openings in the bottom plate with the openings in the top plate of the detergent. Recording space are congruent. Such sloping ceilings encourage the washing powder or the like to run out completely. They also act as a doctor blade.
- the ribs of the base plate it has proven to be advantageous for the ribs of the base plate to be arranged in a star shape and to be connected by a hub which is in a snap-and-turn connection with the head plate.

- Fig. 11 shows the section along line XI-XI in Fig. 10, somewhat enlarged.
- the storage container shown is designated D in its entirety. It consists of a detergent receiving space 1, formed by a textile bag 2, and a filling prechamber 3 upstream of the filling side.
- the textile bag 2 is realized in the form of a pointed pouch. This is based on an approximately circular blank, the peripheral zone of which is gathered to an edge 4. The corresponding reduction in circumference leads to folds 5 which extend essentially vertically, that is to say in the longitudinal direction - of the textile bag 2.
- the filling antechamber 3 is Siert as scoop-measuring cup M reali ⁇ .
- the cup-shaped shape is clearly shown in Fig. 3.
- the textile bag end is a horizontal bottom 6.
- In this closable openings 7 are left. These are radially oriented slots which widen continuously towards the periphery.
- the scoop measuring cup wall 8 is cylindrical. Bottom 6 and said wall 8 can be made in one piece. In the embodiment, however, is based on a two-part.
- the bottom 6 starts from a ring 9.
- the jacket wall of the ring 9 is flush with the corresponding jacket wall of the Schöpf measuring cup wall 8.
- a shoulder 10 produced at the level of the base 6 by wall reduction forms the circumferential, axial support for the cylindrical wall 8.
- a turning guide projection 11 extends upwards, directed towards the filling antechamber 3, on the inside as a radial support.
- This allows the scooping measuring cup, more precisely the wall 8 of the same, to be rotated relative to the base 6 about the longitudinal central axis xx of the dosing container D.
- the purpose of such a rotary movement is to move closing members 12 which cooperate with the openings 7.
- these closing elements they are realized in the bottom area of the Schöpf measuring cup M.
- Ribs 13 In terms of area, their base corresponds to the floor plan of the openings 7. In terms of area, a division of five is selected, the areas occupied by the openings 7 being exactly as large as the bottom-forming areas 6 'between them (see FIG. 4). . This means that the total cross section of the openings 6 can be fully opened and closed completely.
- the detergent In the closed state, the detergent is lifted out of a storage pack in the manner of a scoop movement. No powder trickles through. To obtain a constant filling content, all that is required is to strip off the protruding portion.
- the upper edge of the scoop M is designed flat, d. H. horizontal or perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis x-x (plane E-E). The corresponding scraper edge bears the reference number 14.
- the radially oriented ribs 13, which are also continuously widening towards the periphery, are, seen in cross section, triangular or roof-shaped.
- the roof slopes have the reference symbol S.
- the roof pitch is approx. 45 * .
- the ridge line 15 of the dach ⁇ shaped ribs 13 falls uniformly to the center of the base 6 towards from peripherally inward starting approximately at about hal ⁇ height of the scoop-Meßbecherwandung 8.
- the inwardly directed ge of inclination of the ridge line includes an angle of approximately 30 * to the horizontal plane of the bottom 6.
- the inward ends of the ribs 13 converge in a hub 16. With this, they form a type of star-shaped rotary valve.
- the hub 16 is used to achieve a twist-snap connection between the scoop measuring cup M and the base 6. This goes from the Top of the bottom of a locking pin 17, which is irreversibly inserted into a corresponding recess 18 of the hub 16.
- the corresponding assignment is based on a mushroom-shaped design of the free end of the locking pin 17 and the formation of a corresponding undercut step within the recess.
- the locking pin 17 can be cross-slotted (not shown in more detail).
- Such a snap-in connection could alternatively also be implemented in the area of shoulder 10 and rotary guide projection 11, specifically in the angular joint there, as explained further below.
- the molded ring 9 extending from the bottom 6 and extending downward has an annular groove 19 extending from the lower end face.
- Excellent binding of the textile bag 2 to the ring 9 is achieved by U-shaped folding of the mouth-side end 2 ′ of the textile bag 2 and squeezing a clamping ring 20 into the U-opening.
- the volume of the scoop measuring cup M ie that of the filling pre-chamber 3, is equal to or an integer multiple of the volume of the detergent receiving space 1.
- the material trickling into the detergent-receiving space 1 slips acceleratedly on the inclined flanks of the ribs 13 which are angular or roof-shaped in cross section.
- the ladle measuring cup M is not to be placed in the laundry, then according to a further development it is possible to separate the two functional parts from one another beforehand. This could be done in such a way that the wall 8 is pulled off the bottom 6 together with the star-shaped rotary valve. In this case, the above-described rotary snap connection to the hub 16 should be reversible. In such a case, it would also be more advantageous if the detent pin 17 was detached from the underside of the hub 16 and the detent recess was located in the bottom 6. This would prevent the otherwise exposed locking pin 17 from coming into contact with the laundry.
- the ring 9 adjoining at the bottom forms a kind of protective wall in such a variation.
- the space circumscribed by the ring 9, which is open towards the bottom, can also be used for optimally accommodating the foldable textile bag 2. This ring then forms your own packaging.
- another solution is also provided, which consists in that the ring 9 in its annular groove 19 no longer grips the mouth-side end of the textile bag 2, but an intermediate ring 21 existing conditions turned off and acts like an adapter.
- an intermediate ring 21 existing conditions turned off and acts like an adapter.
- rotationally symmetrical web 22 fits exactly into the ring groove 19. It is releasably locked with this.
- the latching means may be on the outer or inner side of the web lying ⁇ latching projections act 23, the recesses corresponding in Rastaus- 24 snap into the inside of the annular groove 19 reversibly.
- the uncoupled situation is shown in FIG. 6.
- the locking means 23, 24 are shown and labeled there alone.
- the exploded view according to FIG. 9 and the section according to FIG. 11 illustrate the chosen type of fastening of the textile bag 2 in a clearly recognizable representation.
- the clamping ring 20 can be made somewhat narrower in the upward direction of insertion, so that under white tion of the U-flanks of the ring 9 or insects 21 an optimal hold is achieved.
- Plastic material is used for all components.
