Claims (6)
- (A) 도전성 분말 및 (B) 수지 성분을 함유하고, 상기 (A) 도전성 분말로서 적어도 은을 사용한 은계 분말이 사용되고, 상기 (B) 수지 성분으로서 열경화성 수지 및 열가소성 수지의 적어도 일방이 사용되고, 또한, 하기 일반식 (1) 또는 (2)로 표시되는 에스테르 구조를 분자 중에 가지고, 분자량이 150∼2000의 범위 내인 (C) 에스테르계 화합물
(단, 상기 일반식 (1) 또는 (2)의 에스테르 구조에 있어서의 X1 및 X2는 어느 일방이 Cl 또는 Br이며, 타방이 Cl, Br, H 또는 OH이다.), 또는, 하기 일반식 (3)으로 표시되는 에테르 구조, 혹은 하기 일반식 (4)로 표시되는 아민 구조를 분자 중에 가지고, 분자량이 150∼30000의 범위 내인 (D) 에테르/아민계 화합물

상기 일반식 (4)의 아민 구조에 있어서의 Z는 상기 일반식 (5A) 또는 (5B)에 나타내는 알코올 구조의 어느 하나, 혹은 수소 원자(H)이며, 상기 일반식 (5A) 또는 (5B)에 있어서의 X3은 각각 독립적으로 Cl 또는 Br이다.)을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 도전성 분말 및 (B) 수지 성분의 합계량을 100질량부로 했을 때에, 상기 (C) 에스테르계 화합물 혹은 그 염, 또는, 상기 (D) 에테르/아민계 화합물의 함유량이 0.01질량부 이상 5질량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 에스테르계 화합물 혹은 그 염, 또는, 상기 (D) 에테르/아민계 화합물의 함유량이 0.1질량부 이상 2.5질량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 은계 분말이 은 분말 및 은 코팅 분말의 적어도 일방인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 에스테르계 화합물에는, 당해 (C) 에스테르계 화합물의 상기 에스테르 구조의 일부가 에스테르가 아니고 염기에 의해 카르복실산이 중화된 염 구조를 가지는 것이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 수지 성분이 부티랄 수지, 에폭시 수지, 페놀 수지로부터 선택되는 적어도 어느 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트 조성물.
