例えば、特許文献1には、燃料消費量の改善を、運転者に教示する構成が開示されている。特許文献1に開示される省燃費運転評価システムでは、燃料をどの程度節約できたかを定量的に求めことができる。
[実施形態1]
なお、図3では、低燃費アドバイス制御S100の流れをフローチャートによって表している。
低燃費アドバイス制御S100によれば、現在の燃料消費量が同様の運転条件における同じコンバイン3の過去の運転履歴の内で最小の燃料消費量よりも大きい場合に、最小の燃料消費量であった運転日の運転状態を認識することができる。
[実施形態2]
なお、図4では、低燃費アドバイス制御S200の流れをフローチャートによって表している。
ステップS230において、遠隔サーバ5は、取得したコンバイン3の作業日より、作業季節を特定する。なお、作業季節が特定されれば作業内容(刈取作業等)も特定される。
低燃費アドバイス制御S200によれば、現在の燃料消費量が同様の運転条件における同機種のコンバイン3の過去の運転履歴の内で最小燃料消費量Cminよりも大きい場合に、最小燃料消費量Cminであった作業期間の運転状態を認識することができる。
[実施形態3]
なお、図5では、横軸にエンジン回転数Neを表し、縦軸にトルクTを表し、燃料消費量マップ50をグラフとして表している。
なお、図6では、低燃費アドバイス制御S300の流れをフローチャートによって表している。
ステップS330において、遠隔サーバ5は、取得したエンジンの機種よりそのエンジン固有の燃料消費量マップ50を特定する。
低燃費アドバイス制御S300によれば、リアルタイムで最小燃料消費量Cminのエ
ンジン運転状態を認識することができる。

Claims (3)
- 作業機に関する、機体識別情報、運転日情報、位置情報、負荷率情報、エンジン回転数情報、移動速度情報及び燃料消費量情報を、作業機に設けられた端末サーバから受信する遠隔サーバにおいて、
GPSから得られる位置情報に基づいて作業機の作業位置を特定し、
前記遠隔サーバには過去の運転履歴が記憶され、この記憶された過去の運転履歴の中から、同一作業位置における同一機体の、現在の負荷率に相当する運転状態であった過去の作業期間を選別し、
選別された過去の作業期間に対応する燃料消費量の内で最小の燃料消費量を特定し、
現在の燃料消費量と過去の最小燃料消費量を対比し、現在の燃料消費量が過去の最小燃料消費量よりも大きい場合に、過去の最小の燃料消費量であった作業期間のエンジン回転数情報、および走行速度や変速パターン等の移動速度情報を、機体識別情報に対応した作業機に設けられた所定の端末サーバに送信する
ことを特徴とする遠隔サーバ。 - 作業機に関する、機体識別情報、運転日情報、位置情報、負荷率情報、エンジン回転数情報、移動速度情報及び燃料消費量情報を、作業機に設けられた端末サーバから受信する遠隔サーバにおいて、
GPSから得られる位置情報に基づいて作業機の作業地域を特定し、
作業機の運転日の情報から作業した季節を特定し、この特定した作業季節に基づいて作業内容を特定し、
前記遠隔サーバには過去の運転履歴が記憶され、この記憶された過去の運転履歴の中から、同一作業地域における他の同一種類の同一季節の、機体の負荷率の内で最小の燃料消費量を特定し、
機体識別情報に対応した教示対象の作業機の燃料消費量と、他の同一種類の作業機の最小燃料消費量を対比し、教示対象の作業機の燃料消費量が、他の同一種類の作業機の最小燃料消費量よりも大きい場合に、過去の最小の燃料消費量の作業機のエンジン回転数情報、および走行速度や変速パターン等の移動速度情報を、機体識別情報に対応した作業機に設けられた所定の端末サーバに送信する
ことを特徴とする遠隔サーバ。 - 作業機に関する、機体識別情報、負荷率情報、エンジン回転数情報、移動速度情報および燃料消費量情報を、作業機に設けられた端末サーバから受信する遠隔サーバにおいて、
機体識別情報に基づいてエンジン機種を特定し、この特定したエンジン機種に対応した燃料消費量マップを特定し、
前記燃料消費量マップでは、エンジンの機種毎に、エンジン回転数、トルク、燃料消費量、出力によるエンジン固有の特性が表され、
前記エンジン回転数、前記負荷率、前記燃料消費量マップに基づいて、同じ出力における最小燃料消費量のエンジン回転数、および走行速度や変速パターン等の移動速度情報を、機体識別情報に対応した作業機に設けられた所定の端末サーバに送信する
ことを特徴とする遠隔サーバ。
