ランモノマーの薄膜とが放射線グラフト重合により化学結合して、前記第1の無機微粒子が前記基体の表面に固定されてなる、第1の無機微粒子層とを備えることを特徴とする親水性を有する複合部材を提供するものである。
以下に、本発明の第1実施形態の親水性を有する複合部材について詳述する。

次に、本発明の第4実施形態の親水性を有する複合部材について詳述する。本実施形態の親水性を有する複合部材は、第1〜3実施形態の複合部材の無機微粒子2に天然放射性希有元素鉱物を含有させるものである。
平均粒子径10nmのシリカ微粒子が10重量%分散したメタノール溶液(日産化学工業株式会社製MA−ST−S)に、不飽和結合を持つ3−メタクリロキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン(信越化学工業株式会社製、KBE−502)をシリカ微粒子に対して0.05重量%加えた後、冷却管を備えたフラスコに移し、その後、フラスコをオイルバスで加熱し、3時間還流下で処理することによりシリカ微粒子表面にシランカップリング剤を脱水縮合反応により結合させた。
実施例1で用いたシランカップリング剤の代わりに、ビニル基とアミノ基の二つの官能基を有したシランカップリング剤、N−(ビニルベンジル)−2−アミノエチル−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシランの塩酸塩(信越化学工業株式会社製、KBM−573)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の条件で親水性を有する複合部材を得た。
実施例1で用いた、3−メタクリロキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシランが結合したシリカ微粒子分散メタノール溶液にアミノ基を有するシランカップリング剤である3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(信越化学工業株式会社製、KBM−903)を固形分に対して3.0重量%加えた以外は、実施例1と同様の条件で親水性を有する複合部材を得た。
実施例3で用いたアミノ基を有するシランカップリング剤の代わりに、メタクリル酸を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の条件で親水性を有する複合部材を得た。
実施例4で用いたアミノ基を有するシランカップリング剤の代わりに、スルホマレイン酸を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の条件で親水性を有する複合部材を得た。
天然鉱物であるトルマリンの微粒子と天然放射性稀有元素鉱物であるイルメナイトの微粒子の混合物(中里屋株式会社製)が、5重量%分散したメタノール溶液をビーズミルで3時間、粉砕分散処理した。次に、不飽和結合を持つ3−アクリロキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン(信越化学工業株式会社製、KBM−5103)を粉砕分散したイルメナイト分散メタノール溶液を、固形分に対して0.5重量%加えた後、冷却管を備えたフラスコに移し、その後フラスコをオイルバスで加熱し、3時間還流下で処理することにより、粉砕分散したトルマリンおよびイルメナイト微粒子の表面にシランカップリング剤を脱水縮合反応により結合させた。
天然放射性稀有元素鉱物であるイルメナイトの微粒子(中里屋株式会社製)が、10重量%分散したメタノール溶液をビーズミルで3時間、粉砕分散処理した。次に、不飽和結合を持つ3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(信越化学工業株式会社製、KBM−503)を粉砕分散したイルメナイト分散メタノール溶液を、固形分に対して0.1重量%加えた後、冷却管を備えたフラスコに移し、その後フラスコをオイルバスで加熱し、3時間還流下で処理することにより、粉砕分散したイルメナイト微粒子の表面にシランカップリング剤を脱水縮合反応により結合させた。
実施例7で用いた、処理液にアミノ基を有するシランカップリング剤、3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(信越化学工業株式会社製、KBM−903)を固形分に対して2.0重量%加えた以外は、実施例7と同様の条件で親水性を有する複合部材を得た。
実施例8で用いたアミノ基を有するシランカップリング剤の代わりに、メタクリル酸を用いた以外は、実施例7と同様の条件で親水性を有する複合部材を得た。
実施例8で用いたアミノ基を有するシランカップリング剤の代わりに、スルホマレイン酸を用いた以外は、実施例7と同様の条件で親水性を有する複合部材を得た。
実施例1で用いたシリカ微粒子分散メタノール溶液を、バーコーターを用いて実施例1で用いたポリエステルフィルム表面に塗布した後、120℃で、3分間乾燥することでシリカ微粒子の薄膜を形成した複合部材を得た。
実施例6で用いた天然鉱物であるトルマリンの微粒子と天然放射性稀有元素鉱物であるイルメナイトの粉砕分散処理したメタノール溶液を、実施例1で用いたポリエステルフィルム表面にバーコーターを用いて塗布した後、120℃で、3分間乾燥することでトルマリンとイルメナイトの微粒子からなる薄膜を形成した複合部材を得た。
比較例1で用いたシリカ微粒子分散メタノール溶液に非イオン系面活性剤であるポリエーテル変性シリコーンオイル(日本ユニカー株式会社製、LL−77)を0.2重量%加えた以外は比較例1の条件でシリカ微粒子の薄膜を形成した複合部材を得た。
耐久性は、得られた親水性を有する複合部材をメタノールに浸漬して超音波を1時間照射し、超音波照射前後の表面を走査型電子顕微鏡で、微粒子の薄膜が形成された親水性を有する薄膜の表面状態を観察した。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも表面が樹脂からなる基体と、
不飽和結合を有するシランモノマーの薄膜が表面に形成された第1の無機微粒子からなり、前記第1の無機微粒子の表面に結合させるシランモノマーの量は、前記第1の無機微粒子の重量に対して0.001質量%から5.0質量%であり、
前記基体の表面の樹脂と前記無機微粒子の表面に形成されたシランモノマーの薄膜とが放射線グラフト重合により化学結合して、前記第1の無機微粒子が前記基体の表面に固定されてなる、第1の無機微粒子層と
を備えることを特徴とする親水性を有する複合部材。 - 不飽和結合を有するシランモノマーの薄膜が表面に形成され、前記第1の無機微粒子と同種又は異種の第2の無機微粒子からなる、第2の無機微粒子層をさらに備え、
該第2の無機微粒子層は、前記第1の無機微粒子層の前記第1の無機微粒子の表面に形成されたシランモノマーの薄膜と前記第2の無機微粒子層の前記第2の無機微粒子の表面に形成されたシランモノマーの薄膜とが放射線グラフト重合により化学結合し、前記第1の無機微粒子層に積層して固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の親水性を有する複合部材。 - 前記複合部材の表面に、アミノ基、カルボン酸基、スルホン酸基、またはシアン酸基のうち、一種または二種以上の官能基が結合してなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の親水性を有する複合部材。 - 前記無機微粒子は、酸化物である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の親水性を有する複合部材。 - 前記無機微粒子は、酸化物と天然放射性希有元素鉱物との混合物からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の親水性を有する複合部材。
