Abstract
Método para la detección de secuencias especificas de ácidos nucleidos en presencia de un vector útil como control positivo interno. El método comprende amplificar una secuencia específica presente en una muestra por medio de la reacción en cadena de la polimerasa en presencia de un vector control positivo interno que comprende la secuencia nucleótidica de al menos uno de los iniciadores utilizados en la PCR. El método es útil para la detección de secuencias específicas de ácido nucleico derivadas de microorganismos, células normales o cancerosas, virus RNA o DNA de cadena sencilla o doble o transcritos virales.
