A nice and comprehensive draft, many thanks for preparing it. I added some comments and it would be great to have further clarifications on them.

Feature Request (FR) for Diagnostic System. This FR provides an initial, high level proposal for the S-CORE diagnostic architecture and scope. Follow up FRs will specify components in more detail.
