It looks like this pull-request is has been made against the JoseEspinosa/nf-core-tools master branch.
The master branch on nf-core repositories should always contain code from the latest release.
Because of this, PRs to master are only allowed if they come from the JoseEspinosa/nf-core-tools dev branch.

I think we should disable the truthy checks, because it generates too many false-positives. Alternatively, add on: # yamllint disable-line rule:truthy etc. to these lines.
