Adds a new claude-quick command that intelligently decides whether to create an issue or PR based on the current git state: - Unstaged/uncommitted changes → creates issue - Clean branch (not main/master) → creates PR - Clean branch (on main/master) → creates issue This makes it easier to quickly trigger Claude without manually deciding between issue and PR creation.
