All of his abilities are contained inside his pencil after something happened in the past (not spoiling) and he doesn't even use his abilities much because he doesn't really have a reason too unless teleporting to different AU's or something because he is a Wanderer, not destroyer nor protector, while Villain Splash is just an alternate version of him who is a destroyer. :D

Omg, I can agree with you that it would be very funny that Splash would appear when people are fighting each other... THAT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE Splash is drawing them fighting and doesn't notice that they have seen him. 😂
I can probably see a whole entire fucking movie where Splash is the main character and he keeps getting caught by others because of how he forgets his surroundings when he is in the ZONE of drawing on his sketchbook!! It's kinda related to the other post I made. :3
