This is gonna be long but if you don't answer it's fine too! I just really like Splash and VS (Villain Splash)!:
fun fact just now I got the idea to give you all an Emi! what is an Emi? well it's my OC that usually comforts they're Sans even Ink has one (her name is Painter), it doesn't matter if they are from another AU the important thing is that they care and love they're Sans and Papyrus like a brother (or some even date/fall in love for them!), they have they're own personalities that make them unique but they usually looks the same sorta I guess! and they are also monsters but Japanese kind of monsters called yokai, so just a summery on why yokai's aren't in the Underground (usually): It's called "Japanese people like them a lot" and the goverment even made another war between the other countries when they wanted to put yokai in the Underground too, after Japan won yokai are now only allowed to roam Japan but usually they live in the woods making they're own villages. Yokai also have diffrent types of them like; tanuki (which is what Emi is) who are racoon dogs from Japan (search them up if you want more), kitsune who are fox spirits or fox monsters (search them up if you want more), oni who are like ogres but Japanese (search them up if you want more), and more! (search if you want more I am way too lazy) what Emi's usually look like: they can shapeshift and usually use they're human form which is more comfortable for them, in they're actual animal form they usually look like this (old drawing, but only change is that they have sage green eyes and does not wear a scarf well if it's not Fall):
and in they're human form they will still keep they're tail and ears (I do not have a photo of the original Emi in human form but I have Ink Sans' Emi who is right now wearing his clothes for a swap clothes event):
Do not mind the number in the corner pls Emi's usual Underground outfit consisting of her brown turtle sweater, blue jeans, wooden sandals with blue and red ties, brown leather satchel with heart, flower, and flower made out of blue and orange bones pins, and golden heart necklace (gift from Sans and Paps)
they are usually sweet, kind-hearted, brave (SOUL mode in fights are also that for OG Emi), ambiverts, selfless, and a snoop (she hates secrets so she likes to snoop which she thinks is normal and good but she keeps many secrets herself so... hypocrite)
Brush!Emi: she was saved by Splash when she was in her AU that was about to be destroyed, she was thankful of him of course but she still misses her family. Brush now just follows Splash around as she doesn't know what to do... she doesn't have a home, so what COULD she do? one day when Splash was introducing her to Ink, Ink actually wanted to help and gave her a stick but not any stick! it's a stick that can change into any weapon or thing she wants! it's like a wand! and it also ables her to open portals to other AUs so she doesn't need to be stuck with Splash anymore... but... she doesn't really want that.... neither does Splash as what would Brush do? she wanders? where should she go? and most important... she would miss Splash... so why SHOULD she go? so even with the wand (she calls Wendy) she follows Splash as a follower.
Eraser!Emi: she sorta has the same backstory as Brush but one thing... VS was the one destroying her AU and saved her... why did he save her? two main reasons; she seems like a good plaything and... love and first sight~... anyways! Eraser never got a Wendy so she is ACTUALLY stuck with VS and she doesnt... she doesn't really mind being stuck, it's not like she has any other choice, am I right? she's just... stuck with a destroyer. Well, yeah...Splash isn't a big fan of animals ever since as a kid, he got attacked by one. So Splash and Villain Splash don't like them, except for the calm cats in CCino's Cafe, that's the only exception.
And don't worry, Villain Splash wouldn't actually murder an innocent animal, even though he doesn't like animals for a reason. He just pretends to swing his axe at them and then leaves.

EHHH....Maybe the stitches in the outfit maybe and the scarf, but overall everything else is different. The jacket is supposed to be a lab coat and drives up with different color clothing and I made the scarf blue to make the colors fit and colorful for the character.
The abilities are quite different though I believe. Instead of a paintbrush, it's a pencil, that's similar but Splash retrieved it in a different way and there are much more abilities than creating objects and stuff. You also gotta look at the personality traits!
Villain Splash personally is different from the original Splash, more manipulative, cruel, and insane. He does destroy AU's, but that's because he thinks it's fun, not for Error's reasons. This design and personality literally came up in my mind one day and I said, "Time to make a Villain Splash!!" He wasn't originally supposed to be official, but people loved him so I went ahead and did so! :3

Splash is anti-scoial since he doesn't really show himself to others much and just draws on his sketchbook 24/7.
He'll be a bit taken back by the sudden action and get a bit nervous and confused but he'll say thank you as he isn't sure what else to say.

Villain Splash Sans is quite a more popular Sans AU at the moment which I could understand why since Villain Splash Is a cute evil little goblin. Villain Splash was originally never gonna exist and I just drew a design "if" Splash was a villain. But because of a whole bunch of fanart and demands from some people, I decided to say "screw it" and I made Villain Splash Official, and I'm glad I did! :3
Villain Splash and the original Splash both draw landscapes and different Sans AU's in their sketchbooks. They indeed love beautiful sceneries and love to see the different types of Sanses like themselves out there!! ✏️
Also, XP (Experience points?) or do you mean HP? Because the original Splash has 1 HP like Classic Sans since Splash came from an AU and was named "Sans" before the accident happened.
Original Splash doesn't kill or anything so his HP stays the same (1 HP), but Villain Splash Sans has killed plenty so he'll probably have 76 HP or 99 HP. This might be good information to write down for the About Section in my pinned post later on. :p

Hiii!!! 👋 Indeed, both Splash and Villain Splash have the same abilities, no change in that. They both have a pencil that contains abilities because of a machine they built after the accident, which malfunctioned and instead decided to glitch the pencil into having more than 100 abilities. After many tries of testing the abilities, they decided to hesitantly confirm that the pencil contains "unlimited abilities" as the pencil seems to have too many abilities. Both the original Splash and Villain Splash accidentally blew up stuff while testing the pencil. 😵💫
(also, making the pencil contain the abilities was originally a funny concept that I would've probably not had chosen, but since me and another friend of mine liked it, I decided to do that 😶)
Villain Splash would think Dice Sans is a badass destroyer like he thinks of himself as and would probably annoy him or just hang out with him sometimes, maybe even be flirty if he was in the mood and even help cause destruction. But he won't really be friends/pals or anything more than that with Dice. Splash would most likely only think of him as a really good-looking and fun ally. He especially liked the fact Dice trapped souls inside his dice. Lol.
