He's gone… martyred, and life has left me with a deep wound—not just because of his loss, but because his departure came suddenly, without a goodbye, without a word.
And now, my mother… is racing between illness and death.
She asks me, her fear barely concealed: “When will the medical team arrive? When will they save me?”
And I… can only remain silent.
I see the pain in her eyes, and I see fear slowly suffocating her. She needs treatment, medicine, hope, but hope seems further away than ever.

The minutes tick by, her breath grows heavier… and I watch my mother struggle for life every second.
