I've been staying in Prestige Shantiniketan since 2019 and paying decent rent for 2bhk. (36K). My house owner has sold the home now and we have to move out. I'm looking for houses in and around ITPL. Firstly, after staying in Shantiniketan, we are not liking other societies. As that society is huge, green, peaceful and well maintained. Residents are active and all festivals are celebrated here with pomp and show. But the rents in Prestige Shantiniketan are crazy. Asking rate of 3bhk is 95k to 1 lakh including maintenance. Agreed square foot sizes are huge too almost 2400 sq ft. What do you folks suggest? I've checked out some other societies like Vaswani, the rents are similar for smaller areas. .

Good Societies and Flat Rents in Whitefield
