Set on the shores of Lake Iseo, Hotel Lovere Resort and Spa offers rooms with air conditioning, a tea/coffee maker, and LCD TV. A 15-minute lakefront walk takes you to the centre of Lovere. We were thrilled to make last minute reservations (we literally arrived 5 minutes later) and discover a very comfortable room and with a very lovely dining room still open (we arrived late in the evening as well) for us to enjoy. We were so satisfied that we stayed another night, albeit in another room, this one with a balcony and a lake view! No better place to watch a rainstorm that evening the likes of which I've never seen before.
