This English country house in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside has a luxurious spa and restaurant where every dish is crafted with the freshest local ingredients. This is a great hotel which we stumbled on, only staying one night. We would love to have stayed longer. It is a return in our books. It is superbly run and we would recommend it to fellow travellers. Chloe who checked us in was extremely helpful and an asset to the organisation.

Lucknam Park, Emblems Collection and Spa is a spectacular country-house hotel with Michelin Star dining. It is 9.7 km from Bath within a private 500-acre estate with a walled garden. An amazing retreat with excellent staff and services and beautiful gardens! The spa is also a highlight by itself! Totally recommended.

This was a beautifully appointed little cottage in a tiny hamlet that had good connections to other areas in the Cotswolds. The cottage is in a garden setting and is very peaceful. It has a simple and cleverly built kitchen in a cupboard with a hob, converter microwave and small fridge for cooking but there are some great pubs and restaurants in the local areas. The bathroom Is pretty and very clean but note the shower is over a very deep bath and may present a challenge for people with limited mobility.
