How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I had a great experience staying at titanic city taksim hotel. The room was clean and as advertised . The hotel employees were so helpful and nice and They were willing to accommodate every request we made especially Mr yiğıt. The hotel is 5 minute walk to Taksim square which was great for us. The breakfast was really good and diverse. And to top it off the hotel brought us fruit baskets every evening.

Weather was extremely hot so air conditioning was not great but was ok۔
Everything was great in best possible way from room to staff to breakfast to other facilities in the hotel including wetroom، Sauna snd swimming pool cannot fault anything Will definitely come back

We arrived on a hot day and the air-con in the room wasn't working as it needed more than 24 hours to cool down the room, but it was OK for the rest of the stay. The bathroom floor was dirty. The hotel is in a commercial location and you can hear cars on the road all the time.
Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location, close to Taksim Square, Istiklal St, restaurants and public transport. Comfortable and clean beds. Descent breakfast buffet.

It was my second time to Taksim Square. I absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. It was clean and luxurious. I really missed when left. Would definitely come again and stay.

What a great service and a wonderful gesture! The service is outstanding, as the people here are very kind and helpful with any issue that arises. I travel regularly and I felt very welcome here. They even left me a cake with a letter for my birthday.

It would be good to have a second comfortable chair in the double rooms.
The location ideal for transport to and from the airport. Many restaurants and shops close by. A top class hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Easy walk to Taksim Square and transport options to the old town.

There is no hotel car park. Breakfast at hotel is too expensive Room temperature never go below 24 decC even with Air Condition set to low temp.
This hotel is very close to Taksim Square. There are plenty of shops and restaurant nearby. Taking Uber /Taxi from the hotel is extremely easy.

I didn’t like that, they don’t have a lot options for hot foods but I guess this is Turkey thing in general. They do have decent options and the breakfast was great overall. The only annoying thing for me is they make only plain omelettes and if you want non plain,they will ask you to pay extra.I find this strange and annoying,when I complained,the manager offered to do it for free but I wasn’t comfortable going to ask him everyday to make it free. This one is not really a complaint, they wanted to charge me for minibar items which I was told were included in my room type being the executive room. On checking out,they requested for additional money for the mini bar but I complained that they I wasn’t told that it was just for one night. They just need to be clear so guests know that the items in the mini bar is for one night.
The hotel is very beautiful,in good location - 5 minute walk to Taksim square.The staff are very efficient, friendly and very accommodating.Everything was near perfect. Thinking of going to Istanbul and staying in the Taksim area,you can’t go wrong with this hotel.

I may be mistaken but I thought it said in the brochure that the indoor pool was heated. It wasn't, it was fresh but i'm not marking the place down for that.
It was a really well situated Hotel right by Taksim square, great facilities, and the staff were so friendly. They really engaged well with our children which made it easy for them to relax. Breakfast was a wonderful spread, plenty for all.

Very nice and clean rooms. Bathroom was spacious even for a 1.95m tall guy. Great location near Taksim square. The indoor pool and spa services were exceptional. I would definetly stay here again!
