All tourist places near by. Property has nice rooftop for chilling out. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They always guide us whenever we need help. Staff is so lovely specially malik and amir so helpful. Our stay is amazing experience ever in istanbul. Must recommended.

We didn't realize our part of the hotel didn't have an elevator. It ended up being fine though and the staff helped with the luggage. Also seems like that area has been having some water cuts in the past couple months (~May 2025). The water went out for one night. But thankfully the hot water was running during that time.

The location is pretty good. It's a 10-15 minute walk from Sultanahmet and a few minutes from a tram station. There are nice restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very helpful. There was always someone to help us with whatever we needed and they provided good recommendations for stuff to do (apart from the cruise - could've skipped that one). They also offer tea/coffee/biscuits whenever you want. There's a fluffy cat named chicken.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past two years, and the experience has always been exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are consistently spacious, clean, and comfortable. A special shoutout to Erol, Malik, Emir, and Kadir — they’ve been outstanding hosts and always go above and beyond. Wishing them all the best. This will continue to be my go-to place to stay.

The toilet seat was unattached and the shower head, hand-held didn’t work well, I would suggest an repair or upgrade to those items.

Nice cozy accommodation with plenty of amenities. We only stayed for one night, so it wasn’t possible to really benefit from the room’s options. The location is great, walk easily to main central attractions!

When we arrived there was no electricity but it wasn't their mistake.

The staff was very open and super kind. At the place you have everything. Reception, lobby, Terrace and the other things. Maybe I like the most small things like a free coffee or tea and cookie every day - little things means a lot.

I always wash a kettle before using it. The one in my room had grit in it and was too dirty to bother with. The tub was not good, the paint on it is peeling off.

The staff offered exceptional service - from needs related to our accommodation to tips and advice on how to travel around, what to see, what to do and what not to do + discounts if booked via the hotel. Free coffee and tea plus engaging and friendly conversations in the lobby - we got to learn a little bit about the country’s history and politics too! Loved the vibe and people here.

The place has a pretty design, the only problem was the little bed, that was really hard for sleep.

The bathroom needs renovation for sure. I would also do the cleaning every day instead of every two days.

Location is perfect to visit the main sites in Sultanahmet, you can easily walk everywhere without the need to get a taxi or public transportation. Staff is very kind and helpful! The room was very spacious for a family of 2 (2 adults and 1 toddler).

Only providing 8 out of 10, because I'm stacking it up against truly exceptional/luxurious places I've stayed at (which I've rated 10). But otherwise it's a perfectly lovely place, reasonably priced and very friendly and helpful staff. The only small points that could have been better were that the rug in the room was a bit dirty (grit kept falling out of it and spreading through the room), but once I rolled it up out of the way and asked the cleaning staff to not put it back, it was all good.

The location is exceptional, being in the heart of Sultanahmet and walking distance to the Hagia Sofia etc. The staff were also very friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. Every time we were waiting for a cab in the lobby, they were lovely enough to make us tea and offer homemade biscuits. They also helped us navigate and offered local guides' tips to explore Istanbul. The rooms were comfortable and large.

We received a different, smaller room than the one we had paid for/reserved. It was fine in the end but it was a bit small for our family of four.

The location was perfect for a short visit to Istanbul. It is within walking distance of all the historical sites that you will want to see there. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable.
