The hotel excelled my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, spacious, and the view of the city with Golden Horn river from it was magnificent. Great location that close to restaurants and many Istanbul attractions. The hotel provides complimentary refreshers at any time with room service. Refreshers include cold and hot drinks, and Turkish sweets. They also have rooftop with amazing view. This hotel treated us with care and made us feel extremely safe.

The hotel is super fantastic! Great view on the rooftop. Room is very pretty and special. The staffs were super friendly and helpful! They also spent so much time helping us to call the airlines when we encountered some issue with our flight. And they helped us book some activities, the price was very reasonable.

It was near Taksim and although it was near a night club, when we shut the windows we couldnt hear any noise from outside + the AC was working well.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear that the glowing 9- or 10-star reviews are completely misleading. If you’re expecting customer service or even basic hospitality, this is not the place for you. Let’s begin with cleanliness — or rather, the complete absence of it. Throughout our entire stay, our room was never cleaned. We never saw housekeeping staff, and no fresh towels or toiletries were provided. It felt as though housekeeping simply doesn’t operate at this hotel. At check-in, we asked about early access to our room. Initially, we were told it would cost half a night’s rate. Moments later, a man who claimed to be the manager informed us we had to pay the full nightly rate instead. His tone was dismissive and patronizing, and the situation left us feeling pressured and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the poor service didn’t stop there. One evening, we asked for wine glasses and some ice, only to be told the bar was closed. We were handed two dirty water glasses — and that was it. Ironically, on the following days, we witnessed other guests being served proper wine glasses upon request — during the very hours we were told the bar was closed. This inconsistency was frustrating and made us feel as though we were being treated unfairly. Another incident involved food delivery. After ordering from a delivery app, we were approached by a man — again, without introducing himself — who told us in a condescending tone that “outside food is not allowed.” When we asked whether there was an à la carte restaurant we could use, or if there was a written policy, the answer was simply no. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection was minimal, the quality poor, and — most concerning — the hygiene standards were shocking. Last day morning, we saw a slice of meat that had fallen to the floor, and it remained there for several minutes, surrounded by ants, without anyone from the staff noticing or cleaning it.
