How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast did not meet our expectations. Not as many options as we expected. The internet was not as reliable as we hoped.
Staff was exceedingly kind and helpful. Dinner was nice. Bartender was very friendly and polite. The entertainment was great and it was very pleasant in the town. They would book taxis for us in less than five minutes.

We had a great time at this hotel! Everything was super nice and clean. The staff were really kind and helpful. For what we paid, it was amazing value. Would definitely go back! Huge shoutout to the manager – super involved and doing a great job! 👏👏 Totally recommend.

The insects that were the nature friends 🥹
Our stay was truly pleasant . The room was clean and comfortable, with stunning views that made every morning special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive ( many thanks to Elkhan), making sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated how close the beach was to our room, as well as the easy access to the city, which added a perfect balance of relaxation and activity to our trip. Whether you're coming as a couple, with friends, or as a family, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Costa Luvi Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Set on a stunning stretch of the Aegean coast, the resort offers breathtaking sea views, a private sandy beach, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Service: The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always eager to help. Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Food & Drink: The all-inclusive dining was excellent—fresh, varied, and flavorful. From Turkish specialties to international dishes, every meal was a treat. The beach bar and poolside service were a great bonus. Facilities: The resort has everything you could want: a pristine beach, pool, water sports, and lively evening entertainment. There’s something for everyone, whether you want relaxation or fun. Rooms: Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We loved waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with sea views. Overall: For a blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Turkish hospitality, Costa Luvi Hotel in Bodrum is unbeatable. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!

Overall, I had a great experience, but I do hope the hotel considers improving the quality or variety of the food and modernize the room. With that change, it would easily be a perfect stay.
I had a fantastic stay with my husband at this hotel! The location is perfect—just steps away from a beautiful beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and ocean every day. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help us with a smile, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, which I really appreciated. It was always spotless and felt fresh when I returned after a long day out. The pool area was another highlight—well-maintained and a great place to relax when wasn’t at the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Great service, clean and comfortable rooms, a prime beachside location, and friendly staff—what more could you ask for? I would definitely stay here again! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I was supersized that there was no milk for the tea or corn flacks on the first day - they said milk is FINISHED The room had no safe - no tea/coffee making kettle and cups and no trash bin On the second day, there was no water and on the final day we left without taking a shower and on the second day i had to request the reception twice to make up the room - i felt that staff are careless I will not recommend this hotel for friends

Loud music from adjacent hotels during the night. Furniture in the rooms was worn out,TV is from 90s with 5 channels working.There were plastic residues on the seabed and cigarette butts on the beach.There was no variety of food,the food was very cheap, and it was almost fast food quality. No juice available - some chemical substances instead. You can drink only water or beer.Several times I saw personnel of water sports activities from the adjacent hotel area passing the water on the sup board and throwing cigarettes into the water where we were swimming. In general I think that our stay was very overpriced (almost 2K USD for 9 night) and I am very disappointed with such experience.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel manager was trying to solve the issues we faced during our stay within the limits of his capabilities. In general, room cleaning service is acceptable.

The location was great, easily accessible, beach front made it perfect, decent sized pool. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (Elkhan, Emin, Tural in particular were always kind and helpful). The food and services provided were excellent, I would highly recommend it.
