The property is as pictured. The rooms were really nice, I had the room by the pool and it was very convenient. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for an uninterrupted Zoom call.

Not very well signed posted there is no sign on the outside of the hotel we walked past two or three times looking for it.

Good location pretty much in the middle of the island baht buses run straight past the hotel but only until about 5 pm.

For the price, there's nothing more I would wish for except maybe if they didn't have to put off all the outdoor lights of the property at 10.

For the price and time of year, the property definitely exceeded our expectations in every aspect!

I had to go home.

Everything - the ride from the dock, the welcome drink, scooter rental available, bringing our bags upstairs. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool was very nice to cool off and relax after being in sun.

Breakfast is every day the same, if you are vegetarian this means two eggs and one slice of bread, this could be improved easily, nobody was there when we arrived, but a key was provided on the counter (just without any communication to us)

Looks exactly like on the pictures. Super stylish, pool is also quite nice, room with Everything of need, location is good, 10 minutes to the city centre if you survive the crazy motorcycle drivers, very nice people working there and also organised us our transport around the island

Having a vegetarian or fish option for breakfast would have made the breakfast better as there wasn’t any replacement for the lack of meat which left me hungry.

Downstairs rooms were so great and comfortable!!! Our friends stayed upstairs and they said it was very loud all night and they had a hard time sleeping. It would also be nice to have more bread or pastries available at breakfast. We waited a while for our food and we were all very hungry.

Loved the vibe of the hotel!!! Loved the pool and the seating area! It was great being able to rent motorbikes from the hotel.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean! We stayed only one night at the hotel but we had an amazing time! The receptionist lady really helped to make everything go perfect. We enjoyed the swimming pool even more than the beach as it’s very clean and without crowd of tourists. The breakfast was prepared for us in the morning exactly at the time allocated 👌 Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏼

Should keep fountain on at night to dumb down the noise from the street, though turn of spa and pool lights at around 10 to make it easier to sleep. Although place was superb, this is not a complaint, though a suggestion.

This is one of my first bad reviews in 40 years of travel. First, staff was very kind, nothing bad there. But location is a disaster. It seems 90% of Island traffic has to pass this hotel from early in the morning till late. The hotel is located directly on the streetside. Our bedroom was a couple of meters from all this trafic . Sleeping without earplugs is not possible. Even sitting at the pool required earplugs or noise cancelation headset. Breakfast was included , but not buffet style, just the same plate of eggs and two toasts each day. After a couple of days we just paid for breakfast elsewhere.

Sound isolation was really bad. I had a feeling we were right at a busy road with bikes and cars. We could also hear our neighbors next door. Bed was uncomfortable, I had a hard time sleeping.

The stay was disappointing. No electricity & water supply on the next morning. Can’t shower and not aircon supply. Can’t charge my electric equipment. Called up the hotel staffs to give me an email for the no electricity n water service as we decided to move out of the island. They refused asking me to contact the booking agent instead.
