I don’t understand why this property doesn’t have a 10 star rating, the place is spotless, the bathrooms are gorgeous and the staff working there are unbelievably kind, helpful and funny. Best hotel in Kanchanaburi!!!

The rooms were nice, comfortable and the balcony was a definite plus. The bathroom very clean. The breakfast was very diverse with a huge selection of different foods. The pool tunnel and gym was nice.

On 2 occasions at breakfast, the tea that staff brought me was luke warm, not hot. The crossiants on another occasion were stale. The facilities were disappointing for my teenagers. They were too old for ANY of the kids activities, and too young for the adult facilities. For example adults only pool. The other 2 pools up to age 12 were only allowed on the slide and of course the toddler pool was out of the question. So there was only the wading pool, tunnel that went around which wasn’t much fun. Most hotels have games rooms for older kids…for example Poole table, table tennis, soccer table, mini golf computer games etc. The gym classes were not suitable for their age group-age 13 and 15. Can you really picture a 13 year old boy doing aqua aerobics or yoga or boxing with adult gloves. So the facilities were disappointing for my kids. For adults, the facilities were good. Also on 1 occasion, the last night, we dined in the Amber kitchen. We ordered our drinks, and it took about 15 minutes to arrive. The mains were nice, so we ordered dessert. We waited so long, and after asking several times where it was no staff member came back to tell me where it was. It took at least 30-40 minutes to come and 2 other tables had ordered after us, got theirs first and had left before we even received our’s. It came eventually, and tasted good but was very disappointing.

Really lovely helpful staff. Excellent location.Breakfast was very good. Lots of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and unlimited coffee . Would definitely recommend!
