GermanyThe hotel is in a poor condition and urgently needs renovation. The furnishings in the room and even the walls and switches look worn. There are several clubs and bars on the street parallel to the hotel, and you can hear them loudly in the room. It was unbearably loud and sleeping was difficult even with earplugs. We were glad to be able to leave after one night.
Staff was friendly at check-in. Earplugs are available free of charge at reception.

I’ve travelled to more than 35 countries, this hotel has the most kind, helpful and friendly receptionists (both the man and the lady). Thank you very much for helping us with a smile on your face. In addition to it, I love everything here, the room was clean, the location is just 5 min walk to the beach. If you need a tour or airport shuttle, just ask. Everything will come to you.

IndiaNot adequate hotel staff therefore no room cleaning service and towel/bedsheet replacement. Shower adjustment was broken and the drainage of the shower was very slow. AC is very poor, it hardly cools the room. It takes forever to cool the room. Quality is bad for the price you pay. Please look for other options around the area as there are many.
Only good thing: Location is excellent due to close proximity to Ao Nang beach.

ItalyCheck in process was smooth. But once I got into the room the problems started. The smell of damp and mold was very strong. Even if it was very warm I decided to open the window. Then I saw the bed sheets were dirty. So I called to have them changed, which was done. The room was looking into some kind of disco. This was of course every loud until like 2/3 am. I asked if I could please move room and I was accommodated the next day. I even contemplated changin hotel, but once I mentioned to the reception if I would get any kind of refund, they said "your next room will be good". So I could not really afford to move. once I arrived into the new room (deemed an upgrade) I found dirty towels waiting for me as well as the damp smell. And it was still very noisy. overall, overpriced and not at all what it looks like from the pictures. Breakfast was very disappointing, the fried eggs looked like they had been there a couple of days, the croissant was as hard as a rock... If you decide to have breakfast there go a la carte.
Location is convenient as it is very close to the beach and bars and restaurants. But if you are looking for a quiet, clean relaxing place this is not for you.

United Kingdom- There was very little hot water in the shower (I stayed in two rooms and this was true for both) - Rooms a little tired and scuffed. - Beds not that comfy - (not directly about the hotel BUT) It was suggested to me by the front desk to use the tourism desk opposite the building to book a transfer to Koh Lipe - the tourist desk scammed me, so please do not do this. Use 12.go.asia instead.
- Glass bottles of complimentary water each day - Use of pool at hotel down the road - Great central location - Staff at front desk generally helpful - Strong air con - Fridge in room - Allowed me to extend my stay so I could sort a visa (albeit for a higher price pn)

United KingdomThe toilet hasn’t been cleaned, the decoration of the room need to be repainted and repaired. Kettle and TV didn’t work. North face balcony a lot of noise from RCA entertainment, difficult to sleep before 2.00 am.
Location is the strongest part of it and if you like party and women you should go for it.
