United StatesWe were not informed doors locked at 10 pm. Seems there is a digital tag on our key tag which we wondered about opens side slider. We had removed the key from room key holder so our refrigerator would stay on . Unfortunately if you removed the key holder from slot power goes off. At least air conditioner did which is not an issue as we turn off when not in room . However since we have encountered this situation before your fridge turns off too. We came home around 11 pm our first night and door locked and no way to contact mgr as we did not have thai phone. I knocked on door next door shop someone up. Very nice lady helped us by contacting Lady who gave her door code and we got in. It all worked out. Probably good to tell guests about doors locked at certain time and how to use digital tag

BelgiumMe and my friend had an amazing stay. Everything was very clean, there was coffee and water for free, laundry service and it was possible to book any kind of tour and rent scooters. The bed was comfortable and big and the room had a lot of space. But the best thing about our stay was the people who work here. They always helped us with a big smile, made time to chat with us and gave us good advice for food. We will come back next time we are in Krabi. Thankyou so much for this amazing stay 😊

Laundry as well was also available. We needed to get to the ferry, and the staff arranged a bus for us to get to the port. Would absolutely recommend this hotel

TurkeyWe stayed two different times. We stayed on the 2nd floor on our first stay and on the 4th floor on our second stay. Both rooms were corner rooms at the end of the corridor. I don't know if it's because of the location of the rooms, but the internet was very bad in both rooms and was constantly disconnecting.
The location wouldn't have been better than this. Great staff. They were very helpful. The ground floor also works as a travel agent. You can book the most affordable travel. The room and bathroom were big and clean.
