I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. The location is fantastic—close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The public transport doesn’t run perfectly to time and isn’t as consistent as other places in Europe. It’s a decent bus ride to down, you’re def not in the middle of the action here.

Front of house staff were all great. We arrived early and got checked in straight away. Our room was on the 8th floor and had a great view over the harbour - we were stoked with the view. Room was lovely, bed clean and comfortable, big shower and new bathroom, lots of space to hang up clothes and organise your stuff, desk and chair in room. Everything you need as a couple of a few day in Amsterdam. Walked to a nearby gym the hotel reccomended which was great.

The rooms were not the ones that were requested. The one room had a very bad smell (sewer smell) coming from the bathroom.

Just a little too far from the centre of Amsterdam Okay for abled bodied guest, but you do need taxi, or local bus for the city centre I wish they provided kettles for hot drinks in the rooms.

Beautiful new build. Quiet evenings and river side walks. The staff and taxi drivers were very courteous and patient, helping my wife and I with her wheelchair. The staff who worked in the small restaurant bar, were excellent too!

Wasn’t clean. Lady pads in the bin. Human hair on the floor. Empty fridge and not even a glass in the room. Had to go to reception in the middle of the night twice because I had to pay on the spot and had no wallet. Never had such uncustomer centric experience, ever.

- Rude and unfriendly staff at reception and at the bar. - The room lacked basic amenities that would make the stay more comfortable for guests. E.g. there are no telephones in the rooms and no instructions about how to contact reception. There were no tea/coffee making facilities (but coffee could be purchased from a low grade coffee machinefor €4. Given that no tea/coffee is available in rooms, this should be offered for free). No kettle in the room unless requested. No iron unless requested. The price point of £628 for 3 nights was too high for such a basic offer in the hotel room. - You are offered to have your room cleaned or have a free drink. However, the voucher only gives you 1 soft drink, the value of which is €3.50. If you want to have an alcoholic drink you have to pay the difference of €0.25, which is a little ridiculous. And you can only drink the drink at the bar. Expect attitude if you want to take your drink to your room. - The decor of the room felt unfinished. - 10 minute walk to bus stop that takes you to town (20 minute bus journey).

The prices of the drinks in the reception are quite expensive. Water was €8.50 for 1.5L.

Staff allowed us to store our belongings as we were too early for check in. Room was large in size and was modern. Bathroom and shower was also fantastic. Bed was very comfortable. We had no issues with noise. Location was quite central and was not too far from the Airport. Very good value for money.
