Sometimes some stuff here feel like a bosses. As i remember (not sure) - no pot, caps or fridge.

Im here not the first time, like this place, small rooms but comfortable, parking (looks like more expensive than before, but cheaper than other places), Bluetooth speakers, usb chargers, tv, i feel good here.

The reception service was terrible. We were very badly received both at check-in and check-out. They were rude and not helpful. Also, the corridors were dirty, which was not very pleasant.

The room was very large and modern with a great view on the port.

- two of the light-bulbs out of three were missing unfortunately though, - the duschgel was completely empty inside the shower, so i had to take the gel from the hand sink (basin), - breakfast was standard, the omelette a little white and otherwise not much prepared food selection, - i was renting a bike, 2 days, the locking was pretty weird, but I just had to learn it - however it had no lights, or phone-holder

Overall a good stay, I was pleased with the comfort, location, view. Friendly staff, cleanliness.

Too far away from the city centre. Shower was dirty, no soap in the dispensers and the shower plug was blocked.

I thought the breakfast was OK and didn't really represent value for money. Whilst the hotel was nice and the staff very helpful, I'm not sure it represented value for money. Would I go back there probably not

The only aspect that we liked less was that the location isn't extremely central and there was not many exciting restaurants/bars around. However, it was still very easy to reach the city center, and the area of the hotel was very calm.

We had a room rather high up and the view was wonderful in the evening! The lobby was great and calm to work in, and the overall facilities and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

the room was quite dark and it took a while for heating to start working. We had to ask for it to be checked.

The room was so clean and the beds were so comfy. slept like a baby.

There wasn’t much in the way of food available at the hotel.

The location was nice, right by the water but it was a 10-15 min walk to the bus stop and a 20 min bus ride to the main station, so it’s quiet if you want somewhere to relax from the bustling busy centre.

Porridge for breakfast and more variety of pastries. There were no slippers in room.

The breakfast was overvalued €18 p/p but with very poor choice, with monotonous menu: for example we've got baked beans every morning, no porridge at all. If I knew I would go to have breakfast to somewhere else.

The hotel is unfortunately a bit far away from the main places in Amsterdam and takes around 45min with the public transportation to reach.

The room was very modern and had a nice view towards the water. The hotel facilities were on point and the staff were all very nice to us.

There are no slippers for the rooms, and we visited during January! I asked on reception and they said that hotel do not have them. Hotel staff could be more friendly.

Hotel is very modern and clean. And view from the breakfast area and from the room is spacious. Also location of the hotel is away from city center aprox 40 mins by foot. Also hotel is connected with public transport.

At the picture in the offer and the paid reservation there was a sofa in the room - 702. Actually it wasn't, seemed to be removed by some reason, compared to the other rooms. Not nice the feeling at all. And I find quite strange that had to fix the exact hour for my breakfast. Being on vacation you shouldn't set up the alarm in the morning for that.

Nice place. Would stay again next time in Amsterdam. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Perfect shower. Large room. Well educated stuff. Good location for that value and good connection with the public transport.

I didn’t like breakfast. There was almost no choices for vegans. Every day was the same food. When we arrived, we noticed a sock on smoke detector. Probably housekeeper didn’t noticed that.

Nice rooms, amazing staff. We asked for higher floor and they gave us the highest floor. Amazing view at the night.
