The bed and I would also liked a coffee station

The breakfast was excellent and on the same floor as our room. The room was spacy and a good view. I would like one double bed and not 2 single beds and the duvet was also 2 separate ones.

The room was clean and comfortable for a three-person stay. Although not located right in the city center, it was a quick journey in by tram and public transport was easy to navigate. I would stay here again.

The staff at the desk, especially the young ones lacked any type of knowledge when it comes to welcoming guests or holding a simple conversation. i’m a young person myself but i’ve never been to a hotel that ignored all of its guests and didn’t even say a “welcome or glad to see you” neither a simple “hope you enjoyed your stay” when we left. All i received was a “hi, everything’s okay.bye” which seemed amusing at that point but also confusing on how has no one trained any of them.

Loved the beds and the pillows, the room was spacious too.

Very good facility in quite close proximity to the Amsterdam centre. Very clean hotel with good amenities. The WiFi worked very well and the personnel at the reception was efficient.

There wasn't any tea/coffee facilities in the room and the hotel was a little out of the way. You got a free drinks token, however that was only if you didn't want your room cleaned the following day.

The hotel was very clean and my room was massive. It was a corner room so it had duel views over the harbour which was nice. It had an industrial/corporate feel to the place.

Some initial difficulties with the booking but these were very well sorted. The location was more isolated than I had thought but transport links were very good.

The staff especially the manager. The hotel is stylish but green and contributes to a good cause.

Nothing near the hotel like cafes restaurants bars etc. paid €8:50 for a 2 ltr bottle of water. bus stop is roughly a 10 min walk and about a 15 min journey into the city then

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in. Right from the beginning we were treated like honored guests and made to feel very welcome. Huge shoutout to Paula for being so hospitable and friendly. She is the best! The room itself was spacious and the view was amazing. The best was very comfortable and the bathroom big and clean. It’s hard to imagine coming back to Amsterdam and not staying here.

No English breakfast tea. The location was a short easy bus ride, but getting to/from the bus stop with luggage was hard work. The walk is about 7mins, which is no problem without luggage.

We noticed the hotel was quite dusty. Breakfast options weren't the best. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. The big shower head needed descaling and was rubbish. We ended up using the smaller shower head and pushing it up. Also no shelf in the shower which was a bit inconvenient

The price in booking states that all taxes are included, but you have to pay city tax when check-in. The room temperature was chilly even though you regulate it. Breakfast variety can be improved.

I stayed 2 nights at the niu Fender, the room was spacious, clean and quite, the bed was very comfy. Nice views of the marina from the restaurant. Location is fine if you don't bring to much luggage with you, 7 min walk to the nearest bus station.
