The price for the breakfast was a bit on the high side (19 euros for 2 people if I remember correctly).

They gave us a room in the depandance and it was very beautiful. There was a very large bathroom with a shower and the room featured a very comfortable bed and pillows and also a bathtub (which was outside the bathroom). The place was spotless. The room also had a kettle with some free tea bags and a mini fridge with two free bottles of water. The hotel is 10/15 minutes walking distance from the Central Station in Milan.

We liked everything.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was super polite and location was great. There are nice restaurants and cafes around, easy to reach by a public transportation. Super convinient to be close to a train station.

Was not a problem, because I didn't need it for much, but the lobby felt a bit dated in comparison to how nice the room was. The only noises I heard came from how loud the doors are when the close.

I got a free upgrade on my room and it felt recently renovated. Was even better than the photos.

Slightly higher price than other same grade hotel.

The hotel is very well located near central station less than 10 minutes walk. Metro stop is also just not far. The staff were all very nice and professional. Special thanks to Fernando! He is the best reception we have met on this trip in the whole of Italy.We got upgraded room which was recently renovated and bathroom clean and quite big, well soundproofed. Also 24 hrs reception and elevator are definitely a plus.

The shower head maybe could do with cleaning as water was coming out in all directions but pressure and temperature were still good. Could do with more coffee options maybe in the room but would definitely book again.

Location close to Milan Centrale train station and the metro, we had an upgrade on arrival to an amazing room in a sister hotel just round the corner. The new room was amazing, stylish, cozy and very spacious and with a huge shower.

I was in a newly remodeled room and it was fantastic. I hadn’t been expecting a little refrigerator and kettle, so that was a bonus, which made me extremely happy. The staff were wonderful and super helpful, even printing something out for me. I’d definitely stay here again.

Recently renovated hotel close to the Milan busiest shopping area (corso Buenos aires) but in a very quiet corner. They gave us an upgraded room which was huge. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood close to central train station. At check-in, we were offered by manager with an upgrade to executive suite in another building. The room is spacious, quite and comfortable.

This hotel in Milan was perfectly located within walking distance to the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The hotel itself exceeded expectations, the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Staying near the Central Station was a great choice, offering a more relaxed and authentic experience away from the overly crowded tourist hotspots. It gave us easy access to local neighborhoods and a better feel for everyday life in Milan. We also recommend opting for the upgraded rooms, the extra comfort and features made a noticeable difference and were well worth the investment.

Unfortunately, we could hear the entire conversations in the room next to us - the separating wall is thin as paper.

We got the rooms in the neighbouring building - the rooms were big and really nicely decorated, bathrooms really big, comfortable. The hotel is in a great location - close to Milano Centrale and underground stations, restaurants, cafes and bars.
