Unique experience and one of my best Christmas away! We came for a techno party and we found a party hostel, a perfect fit for our vibe: visited the Christmas Market, we participated in secret Santa with the others, around 20 people from different places of the World, drinking games, went together to bars and Clubs. Have been talking with loads of people and made some good friends! This is what I call a good experience!

It was my first time staying in a hostel, and this place has raised my standards quite high! It’s a very enjoyable, clean and friendly place with lots of activities. Everybody was so nice. It’s also great that beds have curtains so you have privacy and enough dark to sleep. It’s also in a great, central location. You’ll probably find everything you need in the hostel or around. I’ll probably stay here everytime I visit Barcelona. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I can't think of anything!

I love the community here. The staff and even other guests were so lovely and very helpful. Trust me, if you see social or party hostel, best believe it! Again, I love that the rooms were not noisy,and the party is actually taken outside after FREE dinner, so other guests who don't feel like resting can enjoy their stay. The bathroom was very clean and other communial areas. And the best part is that it's closed to everywhere. There is a metro and buses very close by. I'm definitely staying with Onefam again!

Kind and helpful staff, everyday free vegetarian dinner (you can tip them if you want) and events organised by the staff like show around trips across the city and free entry bar and club parties every night. At the same time peaceful and great place to meet interesting people.

This hostel has been one of my favourite hostels so far! So easy to meet people as a solo traveller and the staff were really friendly! The hostel was kept clean and felt safe.

The vibes were immaculate. The place was surprisingly clean for the number of people. They have a good system set up for the common areas. Zoe checked me in and sadly I cannot remember everyone's names but they were good people. Also, I really appreciate having the curtains on the bunkbeds.

Loved the privacy in your own bed with the curtains. And we were amazed by the friendliness of everyone and all the things you can do there (free family dinner, playstation, chess, other games and most importantly meeting other people)

Very attentive staff that goes above and beyond to make you have a a fun stay in Barcelona. Perfect if you are alone and with friends and want tonnes of opportunities to socialise. Not for you if you're looking for calm, but even there, the staff makes sure that night time is night time with earplugs and no full voice conversations in the main areas when it's past midnight.

I liked everything

It was my first time staying in a hostel. And it was a perfect one. Staff were welcoming .Especially Lolo on reception was very helpful and fun. The rooms were clean and had curtains. I definitely felt safe there. Also you could get some earplugs on reception to protect yourself from snoring people 😅. The terrace was nice and every day a nice vegeterian dinner was served. I liked everything and met many good people there. It’s a perfect hostel for solo travellers cause you can meet a lot of people with the same mindset and also solo travellers.

the female shower room was slippery :(

STAFF. Hands down. I only stayed for a few hours — basically just to sleep before my early morning flight. Right off the bat, I was welcomed so warmly by Andrea. Seriously, from the moment I stepped inside, until I left, it was such a fantastic experience. ONE FAM is def a great name bc they do treat you like family, and from the looks of the guests having dinner when I arrived, they are one family, having fun! Andrea was amazing. She made sure I felt comfortable with their policies, offered me free dinner as soon as I got there (unfortunately I just ate so I couldn’t join the group, that seemed to be really enjoying it in the open kitchen). She gave me a towel for free, so as not to get mine wet before my flight. Then when I slipped and fell in the shower, she checked on me right away, opened their first aid box and gave me pain meds, ice pack (AND another extra small towel, without me asking), even offered to call the doctor. Wow, the attention was top notch! Then in the morning, at 4am, Sara had coffee ready for me and helped with bus stop direction. Absolutely love them. I wish I had stayed here instead of another hostel prior. I would’ve had a much, much better experience in BCN!

Warm friendly welcome on arrival, and the accommodation is very clean and comfortable too.. the hostel is really social and it’s so easy to meet amazing people - they have a WhatsApp group, daily activities, free dinner, and there are drinking games that I joined in the evening before heading out as a group to a bar and club! Wish I had time to stay longer and would definitely stay again if I’m back in Barcelona!! 🥳
